About Justin

My Name is Justin Miller and I help people live a life without Limits… true story
Limitless living begins and ends with your health. Think back to a time when you felt your best, looked your best, and were at your healthiest. There’s a good chance everything in your life was going well to. You probably had more energy, lived with more confidence, were more productive, happier, and eager to take on new challenges.

This isn’t just about getting fit, eating right, or looking good naked (although that’s great). This is about you changing your life.

Health and wellness should enrich your life, not take it over. There is no “one size fits all approach.” I believe that you have a different path then anyone else that needs to be taken in order to be your highest and healthiest self.

How I help you:
Maybe you’re confused, not sure where to start, or tired of the same cookie cutter bullsh*t that’s out on the web, in magazines, or on the boob tube. You’re probably spending more time sorting through the mess of info and less time actually getting sh*t done. You can trust that my 14 years of experience and results will sort through the mess and simplify things so that you can spend more time in ACTION and less time trying to figure out what the hell to do. I’ve been blessed to coach the following groups of people. I only mention it because chances are you are one of them:

  • Youth athletes
  • Moms, Dads, Grandma’s, and Grandpa’s
  • College athlete’s (hockey, football, basketball, soccer and baseball)
  • Crossfit competitors/athletes
  • Models
  • Not models
  • And those somewhere in-between
  • I’ve probably even helped the barista at the local caffeine shop you frequent

Maybe you’re looking to address internal health such as lowering cholesterol, managing diabetes, or addressing thyroid issues. Maybe you’re here to improve performance. Wether that be athletically, in the bedroom (just kidding), doing everyday activities, or in preparation for a one time event. Maybe you just want to look good naked, look good not naked, and look good somewhere in-between. Regardless, I’ve been fortunate to produce results in all avenues. Just ask them.

I spent 3 months working with Justin. Lost 30 pounds, gained strength, confidence, and the desire to be more and achieve more. My relationships with myself and family have never been better!

I’ve produced free guides (and am still producing updates) that have helped many get inspired and develop healthy habits that are both easy to follow and produce results.

I’ve been fortunate to earn credentials and work with the following leaders in the health and wellness industry:

  • National Strength and Conditioning association (NSCA)
  • Charles Poliquin and PICP
  • Optimum Performance Training and Michael Fitzgerald (a true mentor)
  • John Berardi and Precision Nutrition
  • Master in Science, University of San Francisco

I’m a strong believer in self-education. I spent 40,000 to go to graduate school. An education I could have received by incurring late fees from a local library. I now continue my education by reading… a lot. I’m a health nerd. I geek out of any bit of useful information available. I’ve found an avenue that I fully love and enjoy and have decided to dedicate the rest of my life to helping others achieve more, be more, and look good doing by way of eating real food as opposed to the shit we are told is good for us. I’ve read nearly everything there is to read from The Paleo Diet, to The China Study, to The Perfect Health Diet. I’ve been educated in vegetarianism, veganism, ancestral health and the Paleo diet, and more.

My (LGN) philosophy and belief in nutrition as the cure-all (And this is where it starts to get dirty, ear muffs)

Some how health and wellness and specifically nutrition has become as polarizing as politics and religion. Everyone seems to think their way is the best way and anyone else doing something else is completely wrong and a whack job. Well one size fits all approaches can suck it. I’m a firm believer in “Doing more of what you love and less of what you don’t.” Developing awareness in what works for you, makes you happy, and gets you to where you want to be.

My biases do lay in an ancestral/Paleo eating style but I prefer to use that as a template to determine what foods work best for you and produce the results you are looking for. I’ve worked with vegetarians, vegans, Paleo eaters, coke and twinkie addicts (coke like the soda, not the drug), and those that have no idea what they’re doing and just eat whatever because they’re not sure what else do.

I got into coaching because it soon became very clear to me that people who consistently exercise, prioritize their health, eat real food, and sleep properly have more energy, are more confident, more productive, and are willing to get outside of their box and try new shit more often than those that do not. Essentiall, they are the people who live extraordinary lives and do great things. Richard Branson himself is not bashful about saying that dedication to exercise and nutrition is his ultimate productivity hack.

I f*cking love nutrition! And picking up heavy stuff and putting it back down repeatedly

I cuss because it fires me up. So if it offends you I apologize, but give it a shot, talk about something you are passionate about and curse when you do it. You’ll get all tingly inside and out. I promise you that. Long story short,  a few years ago I took a trip around the world. You can read about that here. I lost about 20 pounds, came back with some terrible skin rashes, digestive issues, and adrenal fatigue. Outside of that the trip was fucking awesome! Seriously, I’ll take all those issues every time to experience that trip.

What I came to find was that most of my problems were due to nutritional deficiencies. Within about 4 weeks of proper eating and sleeping upon my return my skin rashes were gone, digestive system was back on track, and I put back on about 10 pounds of muscle. It was at this point that I knew how important taking care of our bodies really is.

I like to eat Paleo, run fast, and lift heavy. It works for me and I find it fun. This might or might not work for you, and that’s cool. My job is to work with you to find out what does and what you enjoy and make it a habit you keep up so that you do amazing things the rest of your days.

Why I write about philosophy

Again, because I love it! I could care less if no one wants to read it. I love it, it makes me :D so I do it. To many of us do things that don’t make us happy and I for one think that is the greatest tragedy in the world. It doesn’t make sense to me to do things you don’t want to do or don’t create more happiness for yourself and those around you.

I recently finished up my study for Optimal Living at the En*Theos academy. Maybe I shouldn’t say I just finished it up because I plan on continuing my education. Health and wellness isn’t just a matter of sitting down and saying, “Ok, I’m going to start exercising and eating right starting on monday.” Seriously, how many of us have said that before. Don’t be shy, raise your hand.

Kicking ass at health and wellness is as much psychological than anything. Developing awareness, mindfulness, and understanding why we do the things we do is just as important as exercising 30 minutes a day and eating real food and not processed junk.

I’m passionate about living a healthy life but I am just as passionate about sucking as much life out of this world as possible. When I leave this world I want my last words to be

“I WIN!”

I want yours to be the same. In order to do that I need to not only be able to teach you how to live and optimal life but also practice it myself on a daily basis.

There truly is a path to your destination in this world. My suggestion is to pick up the fucking shovel and start clearing the way. There’s no one way to get their. It’s all about getting started and making the path go in any damn direction you want.

Who are you? I want to know. Share your story in the comments below or send me an email.

The following is my attempt to brag about myself. Please feel free to tell me that it annoys you or that you are impressed. I’m ok with either one. If you find that I might be able to help you with your health and well-being, nutrition, lifting heavy stuff, running really fast, or looking good with no shirt on please don’t hesitate to contact me. A contact form can be found after my shameless plug.
