Limitless Lab

All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better -Emerson

Actions really do speak louder than words. I don’t want to hear about what you want to do, the things you want to accomplish, the life you want to live. I want you to show me and I want to show you. In order to live a life without limitless I think that it is essential to consistently be learning about yourself through self experimentation, trial and error, and self-education with the concept of getting comfortable with the uncomfortable on your mind.

I plan on detailing my experiences here and sharing with you all the difficulties, successes, techniques, and what I have learned or not learned. I’d also love to hear from you and any experiments you are thinking about conducting or are currently undergoing.

“Life is an experiment in which you may fail or succeed. Explore more, expect least.” -Santosh Kalwar

Experiments in living limitless:

In early 2012 I took on two challenges outlined here. These were not so much experiments but personal challenges I wanted to try. My first experiment begins with 30 days of honesty

Current challenge: 30 days of radical honesty

I’m attempting to be 100% honesty in thoughts, words, and actions for the next 30 days. How will it affect my relationships? How will it affect my wellbeing?

Previous challenges

April 2012: Meditate every day.

Here I attempted to establish the meditation habit in hopes of cleaning my monkey brain. I have had tried to establish the meditation habit on several occasions before and struggled immensely. I used a slightly different technique this time.

What I learned from it

May 2012: 1 week body and mind cleanse

I had been suffering with extreme exhaustion, mood swings, and mental blocks. I attempt to participate in a one week cleanse with no food in order to allow my body to reset itself and restore hormonal balance to normal.

What I learned from it.
